Hi, I’m Jill! I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist, and I’ve spent over 20 years helping individuals and families navigate the effects of trauma in all kinds of settings.
I specialize in women's trauma and have a passion for working with survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault.
My practice has also expanded to offer EMDR intensives and also serve high-achieving professionals struggling with perfectionism, burnout, and workplace stress, as well as providing comprehensive immigration psychological evaluations for asylum seekers.
Additionally, I offer strategies and support for people coping with co-occurring issues to help create a healthy physical and emotional balance in their daily lives.
